  My garage door spring broke yesterday. I have a Home Warranty with American Home Shield who forced me to use one of their vendors which was Ace garage door company. They came out and told me that it would be $1600 just to apply and adjust … More and not counting the spring price. I thought that was a big rip off and so I called Door pro’s of Folsom who originally installed my garage door and my LiftMaster opener. Zane was the person that came out and he was extremely nice and considerate. He said he had the springs in his truck. Their estimate was half of what Aces was. Zane did an amazing job was so kind and considerate. We are so thrilled and I am so grateful to have been able to use the company that originally installed my garage door and garage opener. Also the home warranty will reimburse me for the spring. Great to know I don’t have to use the vendors the home warranty company uses.
